Brad has been involved in the real estate industry in many capacities over the past 18 years – agent, manager, broker, educator and franchise executive.  An active broker in Colorado, Brad most recently served as Vice President of Brokerage Operations for RE/MAX International.  In that capacity, Brad was charged with operational oversight of 41 company owned offices with nearly 2,500 sales associates in four states.  He was also responsible for mergers and acquisitions with RE/MAX, and consulted with many brokers in the RE/MAX organization on business strategy and M&A opportunities.  Brad has also served as Vice President and Regional Director for the RE/MAX Pacific Northwest Region, and Vice President of Commercial Development for RE/MAX International.

Brad obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Dakota.  In addition to his ABR, CRB, CRS and GRI designations, Brad is a candidate for the e-Pro certification and the CCIM designation.  Brad has been involved in technology training and consulting in the real estate industry for over fourteen years, and has been an instructor for numerous state REALTOR® organizations since 1994.  He became involved in the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers in 1992 and served as the Council’s President in 2001.

Brad has an easy going but effective teaching style, using student participation, real life experience and humor as aids in understanding.  He views classroom participation as an essential component of education, both for the student and instructor.  Brad brings his experience as a sales professional, manager, owner and franchise executive to the classroom, offering multiple perspectives in analyzing problems and opportunities.

Brad lives in Castle Rock, Colorado with his wife, two children, their Vizsla and two cats.  He enjoys golf, working out, and riding his 100th Anniversary Harley-Davidson Road King every month of the year.
